Mr. Alexander offers legal advice and services based on nearly 39 years of experience is a wide range of legal issues. He has handled many hundreds of different matters and has tried scores of jury and bench trials in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.
Much of Mr. Alexander’s experience has been in “large stakes” cases, and he has served as lead trial counsel and as local counsel for many national and international companies. At the same time, his experience includes many individuals who have both simple and complex legal problems, but on a smaller scale. Mr. Alexander understands that some cases have strong emotions and involve amounts of money that are large for that client, but which require him to rely upon his experience to find efficient approaches.
Many people have complex legal questions or issues which require assessment and evaluation by an attorney with extensive experience in very complex matters. These qualities are obtained only through years of opportunities to take primary responsibility for the management of the legal question or dispute. Bevin’s practice has always focused on matters that are either complex facts or complex law.
